These General Terms of Sale are intended to define the terms and conditions for making available the services of the goride.ma platform, operated by TechStack SARL, a limited liability company under Moroccan law, whose registered office is located at 39, Av Lalla Yaqout, 1st Floor Apt N°1 – Casablanca, registered with the Casablanca Commercial Register under number 702383, ICE: 003804461000031. GoRide.ma is an intermediation platform allowing vehicle rental agencies to offer their cars for rent, and users to book a vehicle with the agency of their choice.
The use of booking services requires the creation of a user account. Registration is free and reserved for adults, whether individuals or professionals. Agencies must also register to offer their vehicles for rent and provide accurate information. TechStack SARL reserves the right to refuse or suspend an account in case of non-compliance with these conditions.
goride.ma connects users with independent rental agencies. Users can search, compare and book a vehicle directly on the platform. Two payment methods are offered: • Secure online payment via goride.ma for verified agencies (commission charged by GoRide), • On-site payment directly with the agency (no commission collected by GoRide).
When the user chooses online payment, the transaction is processed via a secure payment gateway provided by Payzone. Two online payment methods are offered: • Full payment: the total amount of the reservation is paid upon confirmation. • Partial payment (deposit): a percentage of the total amount is paid at the time of booking to guarantee vehicle availability. The remaining balance is paid directly to the agency when the vehicle is delivered. GoRide collects a commission only on amounts paid online, with the balance being paid to the concerned agency. GoRide.ma does not keep any banking data. All transactions are encrypted and processed by Payzone, in accordance with PCI DSS security standards. In case of on-site payment, GoRide does not intervene in the financial transaction and cannot be held responsible in case of dispute or payment default.
The user can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled vehicle pickup time. In case of cancellation respecting this deadline, the amount paid online is refunded in full via the same payment method. After this deadline, no refund can be made.
Agencies commit to: • Only offer available vehicles, • Provide accurate information on each vehicle (model, features, condition, price), • Respect reservations made via goride.ma. They are fully responsible for the smooth running of the rental, vehicle compliance, and any claims related to their service.
TechStack SARL, via the goride.ma platform, acts only as a technical intermediary. It does not intervene in the execution of the rental contract. GoRide: • Does not guarantee the condition or quality of vehicles, • Cannot be held responsible for disputes between the agency and the client, • May however intervene to facilitate refunds within the framework of the mentioned cancellation policy.
TechStack SARL collects and processes personal data in accordance with law n°09-08 relating to the protection of personal data. A declaration is in progress with CNDP. The data is used for account management, bookings, as well as for analysis and security purposes (eg: cookies, analytics tracking tools). By using goride.ma, the user accepts this use.
All content on the goride.ma site (texts, images, logos, databases, design, source code, etc.) is protected by intellectual property legislation. Any unauthorized reproduction, use or distribution is strictly prohibited.
These conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their application or the use of the platform falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
