Advertisers/users acknowledge that the advertising content, including texts, images, graphics, videos ('Content') published on Goride.ma is accurate and compliant with applicable laws. Goride.ma assumes no responsibility for any illegality or error relating to offers advertised on the site. The advertiser/user agrees that their Content does not violate any copyright, intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity. Advertisers agree that their Content may be presented through Goride.ma partner sites under the same terms and conditions as Goride.ma.

3. Responsibilities

The advertiser/user of the site is responsible for all damages caused to any third party including Goride.ma, resulting from the use or exploitation of the site and/or any of its elements, and guarantees Goride.ma against the consequences of claims or actions that Goride.ma could, as a result, be subjected to. The site user also waives any recourse against Goride.ma in the event of proceedings initiated by a third party against them due to the use and/or exploitation of the site. Goride.ma cannot be held responsible for the use of Goride.ma and cannot incur any liability for any loss, damage, claim, debt of any nature resulting from: errors or omissions relating to Content, including technical inaccuracies or typographical errors; access to third-party websites or content directly or indirectly accessible via links on Goride.ma; (c) the unavailability of the Goride.ma site or any element thereof; (d) the unavailability of the e-payment service caused by the Internet network or any other party; (e) your lawful or unlawful use of the Goride.ma site; (f) your use of any equipment or application on Goride.ma; (g) in case of force majeure or facts beyond the Company's control.

Goride.ma does not edit or control the sites whose links are offered on its site and therefore, Goride.ma cannot be held responsible for their content, products, advertisements or any elements or services they present.

5. Copyright

The content of posted ads belongs to advertisers, however, by posting ads on the site, the advertiser grants Goride.ma the non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, free exploitation right, worldwide on (i) all content of Ads and in particular on photographs, texts, videos, illustrations, trademarks, logos, titles, attached documents (hereinafter the "Content"), as they are published on the Goride.ma site as well as (ii) a license on all intellectual property rights relating to the Content and in particular on copyrights on elements used in its Ad, such as photographs, texts, videos, drawings, illustrations, for the entire legal duration of its intellectual property rights and for the whole world. Advertisers grant Goride.ma the non-exclusive and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from the Content and distribute the Content or incorporate it into any form, medium or technology known or developed later, within the framework of the Goride.ma service or in connection with its activities, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, including advertising, as well as for distribution on social networks where Goride.ma is present.

All images are watermarked to prevent them from being used for other purposes without the prior consent of the advertiser.

7. Security and images

Goride.ma reserves the right to change the title of Content for editorial purposes. Goride.ma also reserves the right not to publish images that are not related to the Content, or images that do not comply with Goride.ma rules or that contain the logo of a competing site.

8. Service access

The use of the Goride.ma site is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. The costs related to access to this service, including the costs of equipment, software or internet access are exclusively borne by the user. They are solely responsible for the proper functioning of their computer equipment and their internet access. Certain sections of the site are reserved for members registered on the Goride.ma site after they have identified themselves using their username and password. The Company reserves the right to refuse access to the services available on the Goride.ma site, unilaterally and without prior notification, to any user who does not comply with these terms of use. The Company implements all reasonable means at its disposal to ensure quality access to services, but is not obliged to succeed. The Company cannot, moreover, be held responsible for any malfunction of the network or servers or any other event beyond reasonable control, which would prevent or degrade access to services. The Company reserves the possibility to interrupt, temporarily suspend or modify without notice access to all or part of the services, in order to ensure maintenance, or for any other reason, without the interruption giving rise to any obligation or compensation.

• Username: The term "Username" covers the information necessary to identify a user on the site to access members-only areas. • Password: The "Password" is confidential information, which the user must keep secret, allowing them, used in conjunction with their Username, to prove their identity. Access to certain sections of the Goride.ma site and in particular the "my account" or my "online store" service requires the use of a Username and Password. The Password, chosen by the user, is personal and confidential. The user undertakes to keep their password secret and not to disclose it in any form whatsoever. If your personal data changes or is inaccurate you must modify it without delay through your account or at your request to our customer service by sending an email to support@Goride.ma, we will close your account and remove your personal data from the public part of the site as quickly as possible, depending on your account activities and in accordance with applicable provisions. However, we keep in our systems the personal data of closed accounts in order to comply with legal provisions in force, prevent fraud, recover amounts due, resolve any dispute, settle any problem, collaborate in any investigation, enforce our terms of use or take any other action permitted by law.

Your data is recorded on our servers located in Morocco or Ireland. We consider your data as an asset that must be protected and use many tools (encryption, passwords, physical security, etc.) to preserve it from any unauthorized access or disclosure. Advertisers/users undertake to indemnify Goride.ma, its officers, directors, employees and agents against any wrongful or negligent behavior by advertisers/users.

24. Modification

Goride.ma reserves the right to modify the site's terms of use at any time. Any modification will take effect immediately after its publication on Goride.ma. You are required to regularly consult the site and your regular access or use of the Goride.ma site induces your approval of the modified terms and conditions.

25. Competent courts

Any dispute or claim relating to the use of the Goride.ma site will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial court of Casablanca
